Hi friends, today I start another series with the topic ' FREEDOM'. I am so excited because I believe we will be blessed. So let me start by introducing the topic ;

DEFINITION OF FREEDOM

According to Cambridge
dictionary ; freedom is the state of not being in prison. 

TRUE FREEDOM

The true freedom that Jesus offers is a release from chains that enslaves one's soul. His sacrifice on the cross allows us to no longer be enslaved to the yokes of slavery but to live in true freedom, abundance and liberation as children of the most high. 

Freedom is the opposite of being bound. 

Jesus came to free us from death, sin and anything that enslaves us ( Romans 8:2). He has come to set us free from bondage of greed, vanity, pride, addiction, abusive behavior, selfishness ,e.t.c.

Freedom in Christ is the ONLY TRUE FREEDOM because it provides A LASTING FREEDOM BEYOND THIS LIFE. 

 Real and true freedom in Christ is spiritual and He can free you wherever you are just like the case of Saul in the bible, who was on his way to Damascus (Acts 9).

 Freedom is not dependent on physical circumstances, he can set you free from past or current failures. 

God created us to be free but SIN has brought us into bondage and slavery. We do what sin wants us to do .

Don't get it twisted, freedom is not the right to do what we desire but rather to do what is right in His sight. 

Freedom is possible in Christ and God wants us to have and experience this freedom so that we would not be hindered to do what He wants us to do.

 So I ask today, will you be willing to experience this freedom in Christ ?

  The month of May is my birth month and I will be taking you  through the series; MY FREEDOM/RECOVERY PROCESS. This was laid in my heart to share. And the end result of this series is for you to become aware that freedom is possible and feasible. It can be achieved.
